Billing FAQ
What happens to my credits if I cancel?+
You keep all credits already in your account until they expire (12 months from issue). Your subscription stops renewing on the next billing date, and no new monthly credits are added.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes — switch up anytime (prorated charge for the difference, new credits issued immediately) or switch down at the end of your billing cycle.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Subscription credits reset at the end of each billing period — unused credits don't roll over. Credit pack credits are valid for 12 months and accumulate normally.
What payment methods are accepted?+
PayPal balance, linked bank account, and most major credit/debit cards via PayPal Checkout. All transactions are PayPal-secured and PCI-compliant — we never store your card details.
Is there a refund policy?+
Yes — refund any plan within 7 days of purchase if you haven't generated more than 50 credits worth of tracks. Just reach out via support.
